Näkymä ranta-aitan ovelta.
A view from the storehouse door.

Villa Rosengårdin ikkunasta näkyy Gurlin talo.
From the window of Villa Rosengård you can see the house of Gurli.

Gurli oli kalastaja Arvidin vaimo. Vuonna 1987 Gurli kuoli 81 vuoden ikäisenä
ja siihen päättyi saaren kalastajaperheiden elämä Pentalassa.
Gurli was a fisherman Arvid's wife. She left the house 1987 in the age of 81 years.
Gurli was the last of the fisherman families who lived on the island.

Gurlin talo jää taakse, kun lähdetään luontopolulle.
From the house of Gurli you can start to walk to a nature footpath.

Luontopolku on helppo ja lyhyt (2 km) kävellä
The nature footpath is good and short (2 kilometres) to walk.

Polku vie metsän siimekseen.
To the deep inside in the forest.

Maasto on paikoin kallioinen.
A view by the footpath.

Diksandin hiekkaranta
The Diksand beach.

Diksand on Espoon saariston hienoin luonnontilainen hiekkaranta.
Diksand is the most beautiful unspoilt beach in the whole archipelago of Espoo.

Vai mitä sanot?
Or what do you say?

Hiekkaranta pääty kallioihin.
The beach ends to the cliffs.

Mikä maisema!
What a view!

 Kallion takana alkaa metsä.
After the cliff there is a forest.

 Salaperäinen metsä.
A mysterious forest.

 Aurinko tekee maisemasta kauniin.
Sun makes view very beautiful.

Ja sitten palaamme jo takaisin.
And then we come back.

 Kävelyretken jälkeen ruoka maistuu.
After a walk it is good to eat something.

Pentalan edustalla on järjestetty harjoituspurjehduksia keskiviikkoisin jo 100 vuotta.
In Pentala there has been exercise sailings in every Wednesday already 100 years.

 Hyvästi Pentala! Me tapaamme vielä.
Goodby Pentala. We will see again.
